Guest House
This is the main house — a large country home at the foot of the hills, where Maria and Robert live with their family. Four rooms across two floors, each made up properly with good linen and a TV with streaming. A light continental breakfast is laid out in the kitchen every morning between 07:30 and 10:00.
Two rooms have their own en-suite shower rooms. Two share a modern shower-room across the hall — that's the trade for a lower rate and the same warm welcome. All four rooms have access to the shared guest kitchen (until 9pm) and the sun-room, which has views over the surrounding hills.
It's not a hotel. You're staying in a home. The bird feeders are at the kitchen window. The dog is a sprocker spaniel called Furgus (not allowed in the bedrooms). Breakfast is a conversation, not a buffet. That's the point of it.

The Forest Double and Garden Double share a modern shower-room located across the hall. Bath sheets, a shower mat, and a hand towel are provided. The two en-suite rooms (Spacious King and King with Sofa) have private bathrooms.
